These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iGlam online store at store.iglam.co.za (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The Store is operated by iGlam ("we", "us", "our"), a business trading in South Africa. Registered name and company/registration number: [COMPANY REGISTERED NAME AND NUMBER]. Trading address: [PHYSICAL ADDRESS]. You can contact us at support@iglam.co.za.

2. Products and pricing

  • All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and, where applicable, include VAT.
  • We take care to describe products accurately, but colours, packaging and formulations may vary slightly from images shown.
  • We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders (with a full refund) even after an order is placed.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and refund you.

3. Orders and payment

  • An order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is concluded only when we accept your order and payment is confirmed.
  • Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your full card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

4. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Your rights to return goods and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

6. Health and product use

iGlam sells supplements and skincare. These are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Health Disclaimer before purchasing or using any product, and consult a healthcare professional where appropriate.

7. Your account and conduct

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including the iGlam name, logos, text and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the CPA or any other law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to your use of the Store.
