Shipping Policy

We deliver across South Africa. This policy explains our delivery options, costs and timelines.

1. Delivery options and cost

• Standard delivery — R60. Estimated 3–5 business days.
• Express delivery — R120. Estimated 1–3 business days.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are guidelines and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier volumes, weather or events beyond our control. We will keep you updated if this happens.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send you tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

5. Delivery addresses

• Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
• If a delivery cannot be completed and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.

6. Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order is delivered.
