iGlam ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

• Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order history.
• Payment information: processed securely by Paystack. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information: device, browser, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the Store.

2. How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders and handle returns.
• To communicate with you about your orders and account.
• With your consent, to send you marketing about products and offers you can opt out of at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud and to comply with our legal duties.

3. Sharing your information

We share personal information only as needed with:

• Payment processors (Paystack) to take payment;
• Courier and fulfilment partners to deliver your order;
• Service providers who help us run the Store (e.g. hosting, email);
• Authorities where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Data may be processed on servers located outside South Africa (for example, our hosting and email providers); where this happens we take steps to ensure it receives comparable protection.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).

6. Your rights under POPIA

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct or delete it;
• Object to processing or withdraw consent to marketing;
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
